Folio3 is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who is knowledgeable about creating prototypes and mockups for applications and websites that are used in the early stages of a design. You will be responsible for creating user flows as well as troubleshooting problems with designs and user interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and internal resources to establish powerful design requirements.
• Ensure product improvement by identifying hidden potential to enhance existing products.
•  Lead the charge in your design team, fostering seamless communication and collaboration.
•  Adapt existing designs to keep pace with ever-evolving customer preferences.
•  Bridge the gap between design and development. Partner with engineers to streamline products and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelors in media, computer science, or information technology.
• 4-5 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving skills and a critical thinker.
• Knowledge of modern UX and UI principles.
• Knowledge of mockup and design software.
• Ability to take feedback and incorporate it into future designs.
