Folio3 is looking for a talented Senior QA Automation Engineer with at least 3 years of experience who will be designing and testing procedures for our software applications. You will be expected to analyze the functionality of applications and design automated tests to validate their performance.

Responsibilities:

• Validate business requirements against the implementation through comprehensive testing
• Ensure deliverables are of the highest quality to promote client satisfaction
• Troubleshooting automation software and finalizing system procedures
• Writing automation scripts and implementing software applications
• Reviewing software bug reports and highlighting problem areas

Requirements:

• Have experience in designing, describing, and implementing automated and manual Web apps and API test cases.
• Significant experience in building test automation framework(s) for API and web applications from scratch across varying levels of architecture.
• Experience with the latest tools and industry best practices – Front-end web application test automation (e.g. Selenium WebDriver, Cypress) and REST API testing framework.
• Hands-on programming experience in Java and JavaScript.
• Have a strong understanding of OOP concepts.
• Have experience working with Python.
• Have Experience in automating RESTful API testing (e.g. Postman, Rest Assured, SOAP UI, Python, etc.)
• Have experience in building test automation frameworks for different automation approaches like BDD, Data-driven, Hybrid, etc.
• Prior experience or a willingness to learn and explore Mobile Test and Mobile Test Automation.
• Have prior experience in creating Test Automation strategies.
• Hands-on experience in working with SQL queries.
• Have prior experience in setting up/using CI-CD pipelines.
• Have a strong understanding of Performance and Security testing.
• Have excellent communication and writing skills and must be able to talk about technology intelligently and passionately to all levels of an organization including Developers, Architects and Senior Management.
