The incumbent will effectively contribute to the growth of Folio3 according to the strategy and plan. Individual(s) on this position will be responsible in playing a key role towards conceptualizing new products and being owner, responsible to bring them to realization, in line with the business needs and requirements at hand.

Responsibilities:

• Have the ability to understand every aspect of our internal systems.
• Design products that maximize team and product efficiency and can design products with the best User experience.
• Design systems that are easy to integrate and offer comprehensive data analysis.
• Should be able to work closely with the mobile app design team to execute designs.

Requirements:

• BS/MS in Computer Science with 5+ years of experience in Product Development.
• Conceptualizes new products or features for development based on customer awareness and/or research.
• Design functional and easy-to-use experiences across apps (Mobile, Consumer, ERP etc.), and run service design workshops with key users to develop screen flow and designs.
