The Senior PPC Executive will play a critical role in driving B2B marketing success through the management and optimization of PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. This position requires a strategic mindset and hands-on experience, particularly with LinkedIn PPC, to effectively reach and engage business audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically plan, create, and execute B2B PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on reaching business decision-makers.
  • Oversee and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn Ads for B2B engagement.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and audience segmentation to target specific industries and decision-makers within the B2B space.
  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets, ensuring efficient bid strategies that maximize ROI and meet defined KPIs.
  • Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, using data-driven insights to refine and enhance campaign performance.
  • Create compelling, concise copy tailored to B2B audiences, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Implement A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies across PPC channels, particularly on LinkedIn, to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs.
  • Conduct monthly audits of PPC accounts on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC, SEM, and B2B marketing trends, focusing on LinkedIn’s evolving advertising features, to keep strategies innovative and effective.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in managing PPC campaigns, with a strong focus on B2B marketing.
  • Proven experience with LinkedIn Ads, including campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and performance tracking within a B2B context.
  • Proficiency in using Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads platforms, with a deep understanding of their respective ad management tools.
  •  Ability to produce engaging, targeted copy and creative assets that resonate with B2B audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly to stakeholders.
