Folio3 is looking for a Senior Functional Consultant (NetSuite) who will be responsible for leading complex end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations & integrations and growing and developing the professional services practice on behalf of Folio3.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer’s business requirements, needs, and objectives to design the solution
• Develop solution design and perform gap analysis for critical business requirements not mapped on standard ERP
• Prepare functional specifications for gaps that require customization for the technical team
• Lead process walkthrough workshops to demonstrate the solution to the client
• Review User Acceptance Test (UAT) cases and enable customer to perform UAT and resolve issues encountered
• Review data migration strategy & templates and lead the entire activity of uploading the data in ERP
• Ensure smooth and timely cut-over to ERP by mitigating the risks identified in
• Data Migration and earlier phases of implementation
• Provide post go-live support and upsell further support, if needed
• Upsell other products of the company related to ERP (such as integration with other systems or customizations)
• Participate in business development activities to conduct discovery, prepare notes & effort estimates, and develop SOW
• Should be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Should have prior experience of full life-cycle (6 to 8) implementations focusing on Financials, Supply Chain (Inventory & Procurement), Sales, Manufacturing & CRM functional areas of any ERP

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience with enterprise applications, including CRM and ERP, in consulting, enterprise software implementation, or business process consulting
• Experience in change management, business process analysis, willingness to participate in pre-sales / business development activities, and the delivery of ERP implementation projects.
• Ability to translate customer business requirements into business solutions, either as a software
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business management, and Information Systems
