Folio3 Software is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant – NetSuite to join our dynamic team, leading the design and configuration of NetSuite solutions to optimize client business processes and ensure seamless integration.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate discovery, design, development, and deployment activities.
• Participate in Presales activities for an international client base.
• Perform gap analysis between system functionality and client requirements.
• Communicate and document system specifications for client and team members.
• Document test scenarios and perform unit, system, and data conversion testing tasks.
• Provide excellent customer interface skills throughout the project life cycle.
• Provide periodic status reports and accurate estimates and timelines of work.
• Perform process improvement evaluations for clients with regard to General Ledger, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, and Cost Accounting.
• Write procedural instructions for NetSuite/Dynamics usage for General Ledger, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, and Cost Accounting.
• Train client on use and maintenance of NetSuite/Dynamics.
• Manage resources and deliver project tasks, both internal and external
  Ability to work on multiple projects.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance or a related discipline, such as an ACCA, CA, or MBA in accounting and finance.
• Excellent communication skills required; someone who’s able to do client-facing with individuals based out at western countries.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is desirable.
