Folio3 Software is seeking an experienced Functional Consultant – NetSuite to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP consulting and end-to-end implementation, preferably with experience working with a renowned ERP partner or consulting organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and independently execute end-to-end ERP implementations.
• Provide expert consultation on supply chain, inventory, manufacturing, demand planning/MRP, and related ERP modules.
• Work closely with clients to understand business requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful ERP deployments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, configure, test, and deploy ERP solutions aligned with business needs.
• Ensure industry and ERP best practices are followed in configuration, customization, and integration.
• Provide training and support to end-users and client teams.
• Participate in pre-sales and business development activities, including:
• Discovery, scoping, and requirements gathering.
• Conducting ERP system demonstrations.
• Preparing effort estimates and assisting with proposals.
• Attending client alignment calls to support sales and solutioning efforts.

Requirements:

• Up to 4 years of ERP consulting and implementation experience.
• Proven track record of completing 7–8 full-cycle ERP implementations independently.
• Strong hands-on experience with ERP supply chain and manufacturing modules.
• Experience with inventory management, manufacturing, demand planning/MRP, or related business processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in pre-sales and business development, including client interactions, system demonstrations, and scoping discussions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize ERP processes.
• Experience with a renowned ERP platform or ERP partner/consulting firm is preferred.
• Willingness and ability to learn and work on NetSuite ERP through company-provided training.
