Sales Manager – NetSuite

We are looking for a seasoned Sales Manager – NetSuite to join our dynamic team, responsible for driving new business across North America. This role requires a consultative sales approach, full-cycle deal ownership, and deep knowledge of ERP—particularly NetSuite and cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client pain points and craft tailored NetSuite ERP solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal solution consulting and delivery teams to ensure technical fit and feasibility.
  • Engage with C-suite and senior decision-makers to drive value-based conversations.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
  • Maintain up-to-date pipeline activity and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings (travel as needed).

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or ERP sales (NetSuite strongly preferred).
  • Background in solution consulting or a consultative sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell into mid-market and enterprise organizations.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly NetSuite and cloud-based architectures.
  • Proven track record in quota attainment and sales performance.
  • Ability to build rapport and influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel across North America as required.
