Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative at Folio3, you will play a critical role in our sales and growth strategy. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, as well as setting up meetings and appointments for our senior sales team. Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients through outbound prospecting efforts.
  • Conduct research to understand potential clients’s needs and challenges.
  • Make outbound calls and send emails to prospects to generate interest and set up meetings.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with senior sales team members to develop and execute strategies for lead generation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to pursue a career in sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand our products/services.
  • Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role (preferred but not required).
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
