Manager Sales – NetSuite

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our Sales and Oracle NetSuite teams to identify and seize sales opportunities, positioning Folio3 as a top Oracle NetSuite partner. The Sales Manager will lead the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation, leveraging technical expertise to deliver tailored solutions, driving market share expansion, and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Folio3’s Sales team and with Oracle NetSuite regional Sales and Presales teams to identify and close sales opportunities.
  • Position Folio3 as a leading partner for Oracle NetSuite in the region, both within Oracle and in the Oracle NetSuite ecosystem.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to aggressively expand our market share for Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation services across industries and geographies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, key decision-makers, and influencers, effectively conveying the value proposition of our Oracle NetSuite ERP services.
  • Take ownership of the sales pipeline, driving proactive engagement with leads and prospects, and ensuring efficient conversion through all stages of the sales cycle. Handle the full sales process: lead generation, qualification, demo, solutioning, proposal and signoff, and follow-up to ensure customer success – in collaboration with Folio3’s presales, technical and consulting resources.
  • Demonstrate deep technical knowledge of Oracle NetSuite ERP and translate its features and benefits into compelling solutions that address clients’ unique business challenges.
  • Skillfully negotiate complex sales agreements and contracts, while maintaining a focus on maximizing profitability and minimizing risk.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, leveraging this knowledge to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market insights to senior leadership, contributing to strategic decision-making.
  • Meticulously utilize Folio3’s CRM to record, track, and manage every client interaction and pertinent detail. Ensure that all relevant details, interactions, and milestones are accurately recorded within the CRM system, maintaining a complete and accessible record for future reference.
  • General Sales, Marketing and Business Development activities in the regions, verticals and market segments as assigned. Work closely with Folio3’s marketing teams to execute sales and marketing campaigns for the region.
  • Help grow Folio3’s customer base in the region outside of the NetSuite Practice – for example for our Dynamics, eCommerce, Mobile, Consumer Apps, Enterprise, Digital Health, Digital Animal Care and Digital Marketing practices.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of successful sales experience in NetSuite technology products and services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets, preferably in software/technology.
  • Experience engaging with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle NetSuite ERP or similar software.
  • Strong negotiation skills for complex agreements.
  • Strategic sales planning experience for market expansion.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software for sales pipeline management.
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset for industry trends.
  • Strong analytical skills for sales forecasting.
  • Flexibility to work across various sales practices.
