AgriERP, a Solution within Folio3, is dedicated to revolutionizing the way farmers operate and enhancing agricultural sustainability. We are seeking highly motivated final-year students and fresh grads to join our team and collaborate with our Product team to develop cutting-edge solutions that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve profitability for farmers.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Growers, Processors, and Handlers to understand their challenges, pain points, and needs in the crop cultivation cycle.
• Collect and analyze agronomic data to retrieve insights from it.
• Closely collaborate with the product team daily to incorporate essential agricultural scientific details.
• Provide technical support to farmers and address agronomic queries.
• Stay updated about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor products.
• General observations about UX of Digital products, able to suggest enhancements.
• Familiarity with wireframing, end-to-end workflows, and process flows.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of agronomic principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate agronomic knowledge into actionable product features.
• Familiarity with agriculture technology and a keen interest in the intersection of agronomy and digital product development.
• Understand crop cultivation cycles and product life cycle needs.
• Familiarity with tank mixing and precision farming techniques.
