Director of Sales (E-Commerce)

We are looking for an experienced business development professional who has experience in selling e-commerce software services to brands within the Manufacturing, Industrial Distribution, and Retail space. Experience in selling enterprise solutions like Magento Commerce (and Commerce Cloud), Shopify Plus, Big Commerce Enterprise, would be preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Have prior start-up experience/passionate about thriving sales and customer experience, especially in the Adobe Magento ecosystem.
  • Strong retail space/Magento background in sales and customer management.
  • Work closely with Adobe Magento regional Sales and Presales teams to identify and close sales opportunities.
  • Position Folio3 as a leading partner for Magento in the region, both within Adobe and in the Adobe Magento ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Adobe Magento Sales, Presales, and Partnership teams, to enable and grow deal flow coming to Folio3.
  • General Sales, Marketing, and Business Development activities in the US region.
  • Work closely with Folio3’s marketing teams to execute sales and marketing campaigns for the region.
  • Handle the full sales process: lead generation, qualification, demo, solution, proposal and signoff, and follow-up to ensure customer success – in collaboration with Folio3’s presales, technical and consulting resources.
  • Help grow Folio3’s customer base in the region outside of Adobe Magento. For examplec- Dynamics, E-commerce, Mobile, Consumer Apps, Enterprise, Digital Health, Digital Animal Care, and Digital Marketing practices.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of industry experience; experience in selling E-Commerce software services to the brands within the Manufacturing, Industrial Distribution, and Retail space.
  • Strong verbal, written, and e-mail communication skills
  • Demonstrated skills in identifying problems and solving them.
  • Skill in processing large amounts of data and drawing appropriate conclusions.
  • Demonstrated skill in excelling in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive demands.
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding organization skills.
  • High energy, creative, resourceful, flexible, planning, and creditability to make excellent business decisions and take actions that lead to impact positive, timely, and successful results for the e-commerce business.
  • Superior presentation skills with experience presenting to C-level audiences.
  • Can see the bigger picture and capitalize on further opportunities with Sales and Client Partners.
