Folio3 is looking for a Data Engineer who will contribute to our growing engineering culture, and promote learning, development, and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Designing Azure-based data architectures utilizing Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lakes, and Data Bricks for efficient data integration and analytics.
• Developing serverless compute solutions using Azure Functions for automating data processing tasks and enhancing scalability.
• Creating insightful reports and dashboards in Power BI to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Utilizing Azure VMs, App Service, SQL Server, Key Vault, VNET, and Communication Services to build secure and scalable data solutions.
• Designing and implementing data models to support analytical and operational requirements.
• Identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks to improve data processing speed and resource utilization.
• Implementing robust monitoring and logging mechanisms to ensure system reliability and performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Data Lakes, and Data Bricks.
• Proficiency in Azure Functions development.
• Strong skills in Power BI for data visualization.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud services such as VMs, App Service, SQL Server, Key Vault, VNET, and Communication Services
• Experience with data modeling and performance tuning.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
