Folio3 is looking for a Data Engineer who will contribute to our growing engineering culture, and promote learning, development, and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Designing Azure-based data architectures utilizing Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lakes, and Data Bricks for efficient data integration and analytics.
- Developing serverless compute solutions using Azure Functions for automating data processing tasks and enhancing scalability.
- Creating insightful reports and dashboards in Power BI to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Utilizing Azure VMs, App Service, SQL Server, Key Vault, VNET, and Communication Services to build secure and scalable data solutions.
- Designing and implementing data models to support analytical and operational requirements.
- Identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks to improve data processing speed and resource utilization.
- Implementing robust monitoring and logging mechanisms to ensure system reliability and performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, Data Lakes, and Data Bricks.
- Proficiency in Azure Functions development.
- Strong skills in Power BI for data visualization.
- Knowledge of Azure cloud services such as VMs, App Service, SQL Server, Key Vault, VNET, and Communication Services
- Experience with data modeling and performance tuning.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
