Folio3 is looking for an Associate System Engineer with 1–2 years of IT/System Support experience to provide reliable technical support to employees and assist with day-to-day IT infrastructure operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, and user issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows systems, applications, laptops, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN issues.
• Support meeting rooms, video conferencing, AV equipment, and streaming setups.
• Manage IT assets, inventory, audits, and equipment allocation.
• Assist with user onboarding/offboarding and routine system administration.
• Assist with OS/application patching and system maintenance.
• Maintain IT SOPs, documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base.
• Perform regular checks of datacenter and conference-room equipment.
• Collaborate with the IT team on infrastructure projects and operational activities.
• Provide excellent end-user support and ensure timely resolution of IT issues.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of IT/System/Desktop Support experience.
• Good knowledge of Windows, Mac, hardware, and troubleshooting.
• Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN.
• Basic Linux knowledge.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, and IT asset management.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Good to Have:

• CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent knowledge.
• Active Directory experience.
• Basic PowerShell/Bash knowledge.
• Meeting-room/AV support experience.
