Folio3 is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Finance to join our team. If you’re passionate about financial reporting, MIS, analytics, and turning data into meaningful business insights, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present management reports (MIS) and financial dashboards.
• Analyze financial performance, including revenue, costs, profitability, and utilization.
• Support month-end reporting and collaborate across AR, AP, and Payroll functions.
• Ensure data accuracy, reconciliations, and reporting integrity.
• Drive process improvements and reporting automation.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, insurance companies, and regulatory authorities.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Requirements:

• MBA (Finance), ACCA, CA, or ICMA (Qualified or Part-qualified).
• 5+ years of experience in finance reporting, MIS, and financial analytics.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, corporate taxation, company law, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, dashboards, Power Query/Macros are a plus).
• Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar for finance and reporting.
• Experience in the software/IT industry or another structured, process-driven organization is preferred.
